How can I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your delivery progress either on our website under the "Track My Order" section or via the courier's tracking system.

What is your return policy?

Unfortunately, due to the nature of medicinal products, returns are not permitted. Additionally, we are unable to take responsibility for any damage caused during transit by the courier.

Can I change or cancel my order?
